In a culmination of the week’s homecoming celebrations, students untangled their night under glistening lanterns and disco lights at the homecoming dance on Saturday, Oct. 21. After walking down a path illuminated by the glow of paper lanterns, students browsed booths stocked with assorted refreshments and admired the cardboard decorations. On the neon-swathed dancefloor, students spent their night jumping up and down tirelessly to the beat of the music, from Taylor Swift classics to Drake hits. In the quad, students enjoyed soft drinks and cupcakes while they hung out on lounge chairs overlooking the festivities. Selfies and Polaroid reels from the photo booths captured a memorable and magical night.
“I had such a great time and the music choice was hype,” junior Sebastian Cave said. “Compared to last year’s homecoming dance, ASB really stepped it up this year.”
