On Saturday evening, students gathered at the Corinthian Grand Ballroom in downtown San Jose for the annual Winter Formal.
Students were greeted with free face masks, a sushi buffet and an assortment of drinks. Next door, the students filled the main ballroom with excitement and romance as they danced to favorites, including “FE!N” by Travis Scott and “Die With A Smile” by Bruno Mars and Lady Gaga. Upstairs, friends and couples waited patiently in line for their caricature portraits. Temporary tattoos and casino games such as poker were also open for students to enjoy.
“The venue is one of the highlights to this dance,” ASB social commission lead Amy Tang said. “We were able to secure a discount for the venue, so we were able to use such a large venue for our event.”
