Junior Eileen Yang, a Valhalla photo editor and vice president of the photography club, began exploring photography in the  seventh grade and now shoots for events such as proms, graduation pictures, senior portraits and online store catalogues.

“I try to use unique composition tactics such as leading lines and foreground action, to capture the viewer’s eye,” said Yang. “Anyone with a good camera can take pictures. In order to have your photos stand out from other photographers, you have to be extra and utilize post-processing applications correctly and use unique composition techniques.”
